As improving our core data service, we will be releasing a bulk download feature within our Connect and API platform to mass retrieve data. Expected to release later in Q2' 2023.

We've introduced single event lookup here. Making it easy to retrieve specific data logs you might be interested in.

Events occur everytime you call our API. We're exposing those events to be searchable via our API. You'll be able to filter events and pull previous data returned.

Our leasing service is receiving an overhaul to bring a more robust leasing automation. It'll include improvements on webhooks for when expiration occurs on leases or a new move in. We're also bringing an easy way to interact with your lease data through your developer dashboard.

We're adding new functionality for our maintenance system by bringing a few new services such called notify and workflows. These will provide more flexible customization for submitting tickets from tenants or building managers and setting custom workflow alerting to send out text messages or emails that you can control.

We're bringing about updates to our underlining data source infrastructure. The improvements will improve load time and adding additoinal properties and normalizing this information. We'll also have access to additional markets where data was limited.
