Short term Airbnb rental data for an area

Our short term rental analysis checks averages for common short term rental properties in the area and forecasts a predicted rental income for the next 12 months with different occupancy rates.

We use the current pricing from Airbnb with average rent in your area to give you projected income with different occupancy rates. We also provide you with the national average occupancy rate across the board from Airbnb data.
